Scope of Work
Electromechanical & MEP Works
- Complete electrical infrastructure upgrade new wiring, distribution boards & panels
- LED lighting systems installation throughout all offices, corridors & common areas
- Structured data cabling & network infrastructure (Cat6/fiber backbone)
- Fire alarm and detection system full coverage across both floors
- Security camera (CCTV) system full coverage installation
- Access control systems for secured office areas including CEO office
HVAC Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning
- Full HVAC system upgrade new split units and concealed ducted systems
- Fresh air ventilation and mechanical exhaust systems
- Thermostat controls and zoning for individual office climate management
- Insulated ducting installation throughout both floors
Plumbing & Sanitary Works
- Complete plumbing infrastructure upgrade new supply and drainage lines
- Sanitary fixtures and fittings replacement with high-quality branded units
- Hot and cold water system installation
- Waterproofing works for wet areas
Architectural & Interior Finishes
- Full wall cladding premium dark wood veneer panels for feature columns and walls
