Construction & Development Services in Egypt
Design Services
17 Disciplines, One Coordinated Team
Architectural, MEP, civil, interior, and infrastructure design under one roof all Egyptian Building Code compliant. This is where on-time, on-budget delivery is decided. Most projects in Egypt fail before a brick is laid in clash-ridden drawings, MEP routings that ignore structural depth, facade specs blind to Alexandrian humidity or Cairo dust. We coordinate 17 disciplines under a single design lead, model every project in BIM, and run automated clash detection before any drawing leaves the office because the cheapest place to fix a problem is on screen, not on site.
Construction Services
General Contracting From Foundations to Finishing
21 execution capabilities, in-house crews, daily on-site supervision, documented QA/QC, and a written workmanship warranty on every project.
ACME runs construction services in Egypt as an integrated execution arm — not a brokerage of subcontractors. Most contractors here subcontract everything and hope the seams hold; the owner ends up arbitrating four companies who blame each other. We staff our own crews for every critical trade, and any subcontractors we use are vetted, certified, and supervised under our daily program.
Our service covers the full build cycle site preparation, excavation, foundations (isolated, raft, or piled), reinforced concrete frame, masonry, MEP, waterproofing, plastering, tiling, joinery, painting, and luxury finishing. Whether you’re building a 100 m² fit-out or a multi-tower compound, the crew that breaks ground is the crew that hands you the keys. That’s how we keep schedule slip below 5% across the portfolio.
Project Management
Budget, Schedule, Quality. Documented at Every Milestone.
In construction, good execution without good management is a guaranteed failure formula. ACME’s project management isn’t a separate service — it’s built into every contract we sign. 20 management scopes, one accountable PM, audit-ready reporting from kickoff to handover.
Construction project management is where Egyptian projects most often quietly bleed money. Schedules slip in 5-day increments that nobody flags until month four. Budgets “creep” through 100 unsigned change orders. QA/QC becomes a checklist nobody actually fills. Risk “registers” never get updated. ACME runs project management as a discipline with hard deliverables: weekly reports, milestone sign-offs, a live cost-loaded schedule, and an independent QA/QC track that’s separate from the execution team. The PM’s job is to surface problems early — not to discover them at handover.
You hire one accountable Project Manager. They own the schedule, the budget, the risk register, the QA/QC log, the procurement plan, the stakeholder communication, and the handover package. You don’t hire a coordinator-of-coordinators — you hire one person, one signature, one reporting line. For institutional clients, developers managing multiple sites, or owners running their own contractor but needing oversight, ACME’s PM service can run independently of our construction service.
Full Turnkey & FF&E
From Shell to Day-One Ready
Hand us a shell-and-core unit; receive it fully furnished, lit, snagged, deep-cleaned, and ready to live in or operate from day one. ACME owns turnkey construction in Egypt as a single integrated workflow — not an afterthought bolted onto contracting.
Most contractors hand you a finished structure and call it done. The owner then spends the next 8 weeks chasing furniture deliveries, lighting suppliers, joinery makers, and a cleaning crew — missing the rental window or the brand opening date. ACME’s turnkey service compresses that 8 weeks into 0. We schedule joinery, FF&E, lighting, soft furnishings, art, signage, and final cleaning as part of the construction critical path. The week the contractor would normally hand you the keys, you’re photographing the unit for the brochure or handing keys to a tenant.
For investors with shell-and-core units in compounds like Hacienda White or Al Marasem, this is the difference between a unit earning rent in week one and one sitting empty for two months. For brand operators — F&B, retail, hospitality — this is the difference between hitting your campaign opening date and missing the marketing window. We produce a significant share of joinery in our own Alexandria workshop, partner with global suppliers like GROHE for sanitary ware, and stock-buy materials in bulk to lock pricing against currency volatility. The result: predictable cost, predictable schedule, and a unit you can use the day we hand you the keys.
